How I Created My Red, White & Beau-ti-ful! Memorial Day Table Styling & Treat Ideas

I’ve set my table this year using a square white vintage linen table cloth! I then layered with this fun red and white checked table runner over the top.

Since I love a layered look, I then added a few gold chargers, white dishes, and then these gorgeous blue and white dessert dishes for the topping!

Up next, I love adding crystal goblets, cloth napkins, fresh florals, or in this case two geranium potted plants, and a fun strand of paper stars strung from the chandelier!

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Prep Time 20 mins
Total Time 20 mins
Course Dessert
Servings 10 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large Strawberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Cookies Graham Crackers Crumbled

Instructions

  • Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean it out with a paring knife. Cut off the tip of the bottom so that they will stand up. Set Aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag. Fill strawberries with the cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

Chocolate Stars

For the chocolate stars, melt chocolate in a double boiler on low until chocolate melts, then pour into your star mold.

Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Dip the pretzels into melted chocolate (see above) then sprinkle with different types of sprinkles.  Everyone loves these, adults and kids alike!

Crimson Berry Iced Tea

One of my favorite summertime holiday drinks is Crimson Berry Iced tea from Saratoga Tea and Honey Company, Saratoga, New York! It’s an herbal tea that is full of berry flavor (currants, hibiscus, rosehips, cranberries and elderberries) This makes for a lively and refreshing deep red cup. This blend is wonderful both hot and iced. Naturally caffeine-free.

It doesn’t take much to create a party atmosphere!

With these quick and easy treats Memorial Day Table Styling & Treat Ideas, you will be on your way to hosting a beautiful summertime party!

I hope your Memorial Day is happy, healthy, and safe my friends! Enjoy!
