Easy Gluten Free Peach Crisp Recipe
- Mixing Bowl
- Cast Iron Skillet any baking dish may also be used
- 5 Peaches
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Gluten Free Quick Oats
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter or Margarine
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix Crisp Topping ingredients together in bowl
- Slice peaches and lay in cast iron skillet
- Crumble Crisp topping over the peaches
- Bake 40-45 minutes until top is browned and peaches are bubbling
- Remove from oven - serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping
