One of my absolute favorites this time of year? A simple yet elegant, easy lemon curd parfait with shaved chocolate and layered with whipped cream. It’s the kind of dessert that feels both luxurious and effortless—perfect for weeknight dinner desserts, a Sunday tea, dinner parties, or an afternoon on the porch with friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar lemon curd1½ cups whipped cream1 loaf pound cake, cubed¼ cup shaved chocolateOptional: fresh berries, mint, edible flowers
  • 1 jar Lemon Curd (or make your own)
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 loaf Pound Cake cubed
  • 1/3 cup Shaved Chocolate (optional)
  • Mixed berries, mint, edible flowers (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Layer the dessert. In small glass cups or jars, start by cubing the cake
  • Add a dollop of lemon curd
  • Layer with whipped cream
  • Continue by repeating the layers to fill the cup
  • Top with whipped Cream & Shaved Chocolate
    Garnish with fresh berries, if you like
