  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Pan
  • Parchment Paper cut to fit the baking pan
  • Measuring Spoons & Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Whippiing Cream
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries

Instructions
 

  • Whip Egg Whites with Cream of Tartar until Foamy
  • Gradually Add Sugar and whip until soft peaks, about 8 minutes
  • Fold in cornstarch and white vinegar
  • Trace 3 inch circles onto a piece of parchment paper
  • Spread meringue to fit into circles
  • Bake at 275 for 90 minutes, then cool
  • Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Top Pavlova with whipped cream and fresh berries
