Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Einkorn Flour
  • 4 tsps Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat the waffle iron. Lightly spray with cooking spray if needed.
  • Whisk eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil and vanilla together in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Combing Einkorn flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and himalayan salt in seperate bowl and mix well.
  • Next, pour the wet ingredieints into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour waffle batter to the waffle iron and cook.
  • Serve waffles hot and fresh with berries and maple syrup.
