Easy Pasta and Peas Recipe Made With Only 3 Ingredients

This easy pasta and peas recipe with only 3 ingredients is a perfect addition to any meal plus it's healthy and budget-friendly!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Uncooked ring pasta ( or any small pasta )
  • 2 cups Frozen petite peas
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Over medium heat bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Follow the cooking time according to the instructions on your package. I prefer ring pasta for this recipe although whole wheat pasta could easily be used.
  • ​Slightly undercook your pasta al dente. 
  • Using a colander to drain pasta
  • Put the drained pasta in a large mixing or serving bowl 
  • Add your frozen sweet peas to the cooked pasta and toss with mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper, then add cheese to the top of the pasta for a perfect one-pot meal 
    Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour prior to serving
  • Store in airtight container or covered with plastic wrap for up to five days.
